Midwest-born, SoCal-living home cook and food and beverage enthusiast. I live in San Diego with my amazing husband Tim and our two fur kids, Buddy Bing Bon Boulash and Snarffalupagus Rex.

I have always loved cooking. My mom taught me and my three brothers a love for the kitchen as children. Our favorite night of the month was when we would all collaborate on making the perfect spaghetti sauce. Every week, my mom and I pick the same recipe to cook on the same night and then FaceTime each other to share how it turned out. We may be three time zones apart, but food still brings us together.
